As the UX Designer and Researcher,

I guided every stage of the Design Thinking process: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. Beginning with

extensive research, competitive audits, and user journey mapping, I focused on understanding the challenges seniors face when using technology.

The result was a simple, intuitive wellness tool designed to support confidence, independence, and lasting well-being.
